We are looking for a full-time employee for internal sales at the Melle location as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

coordination of entire process of customer care and communication, this includes

• Preparation of offers with price calculation
• Order acceptance, control and processing
• Maintenance and administration of customer data
• Constant communication with existing customers
• Customer care after purchase
• Contacting potential new customers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk)
• Experience in internal sales preferred but not required
• Customer orientation, communication skills and sociability
• Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing; Knowledge of English is desirable
• Confident handling of common IT systems
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
