Sketch / query quantity requirement
Following your specific enquiry, we draw up initial design sketches and evaluate the required use of materials. This way we can guarantee that not a single centimetre of storage or transport space is wasted.
Analysis + Solution / CAD Drawing
The basis of any project process is a detailed CAD drawing based on your analysed enquiry. Only then can we determine the best solution for your project and ensure that we work cost- and time-efficiently in production.
Consulting / Optimisation
Before we start with the development of a prototype, you will be advised once again in detail by our staff. We work out optimisation potential and take care of the quality assurance of your project.
Prototype
For individual transport packaging or solutions, we first produce a prototype to ensure that we have implemented all the manufacturing parameters correctly and to your satisfaction. Because nothing is more annoying than having to discover that something doesn't fit during series production. After the prototype has been approved by the customer, implementation begins.
