From the plate to the coil - wood that lasts
We have screen printing plates made of birch and softwood in different thicknesses. Screen printing plates can be used individually and are therefore used in many areas. So they often serve as a carrier material for z. B. trailers, flooring or platforms. However, screen printing boards are also used for interior and exterior fittings, for partition walls, doors or wall and ceiling coverings. Due to their strong pressing and coating, they are weatherproof and very resistant to all weather influences.
These types of panels can be used universally. The building material is particularly popular for roof, wall and ceiling constructions. But OSB is also ideal for building furniture.
Whether for load-bearing purposes in timber construction, furniture construction, interior design or as packaging material - the OSB board is a widely used material. We have all the important strengths of this expansion board in stock or available for you at short notice.
If it has to be really stable, then our industrially manufactured glued laminated timber (also glulam or BSH) is just right for you. Due to the sorting of strength of the starting material from the outside in and the homogenization through its layered structure, it is up to 80% more load-bearing than conventional timber and also dimensionally stable and cracks are minimized. In addition to simple, straight components, it is possible to use this to produce shapes with a variable cross-section and/or simple curvature. Doubly curved and twisted components are also possible.
Sheet piles or sheet pile boards are particularly suitable for finishing work. These can be installed quickly using a tongue and groove connection. To ensure high quality and durability, we only use material made from Nordic spruce/fir or Siberian larch. The special thing about these woods: They are robust, durable, dry quickly and are therefore a particularly non-slip floor covering. Outside, sheet piles are suitable for cladding walls, roof areas and floors, indoors for wall and ceiling cladding of all kinds.
Our profile boards are tongue and groove boards made from Siberian larch in A quality with a bevelled edge on the visible side. Planed cleanly on all sides, grooved on both sides (smooth and fine), dried to 18% (+-2%), you receive the boards untreated. Our profile boards have lasting strength and natural resistance to fungal and insect infestation. The high resin content acts as a natural wood protection. Siberian larch is the hardest softwood and is given durability class 350-2 according to DIN EN 2-3.
Poles and palisades are very popular due to their wide range of uses and are most commonly used for the manufacture of fences, playgrounds, gazebos, sandpits, etc. Even without impregnation, the wood has a lifespan of up to 50 years, is suitable for outdoor use and also has an extremely high resistance to fungi and insects. Our posts and palisades are made from one-year-old Belarusian pine or spruce, either raw, untreated or treated with Sinesto B or technically dried.
